Duties and responsibilities

Traveling to customer sites or job sites to perform service calls.
Diagnosing issues and determining necessary repairs for quote preparation.
Carrying out repairs in accordance with quotes and within allocated time frames.
Conduct inspections and ensure equipment compliance.
Communicate and follow up with the service advisor.
Comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Road work only: Represent the company at the customer’s site, handle logistical aspects, and redirect customer questions to the service advisor.

Requirements

Diplomas in heavy equipment mechanics, agricultural mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in repairing and maintaining equipment (aerial lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, or similar machinery).
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly
Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong sense of priorities.
Organized, rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, and able to manage priorities.
Valid driver's license.
Bilingualism is an asset (english-french).

Starting at $32.45/hour, depending of your experience

Evenings and weekends off.
Possibility of a 4-day workweek.
