Duties and responsibilities

  • Traveling to customer sites or job sites to perform service calls.
  • Diagnosing issues and determining necessary repairs for quote preparation.
  • Carrying out repairs in accordance with quotes and within allocated time frames.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure equipment compliance.
  • Communicate and follow up with the service advisor.
  • Comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Road work only: Represent the company at the customer’s site, handle logistical aspects, and redirect customer questions to the service advisor.

Requirements

  • Diplomas in heavy equipment mechanics, agricultural mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in repairing and maintaining equipment (aerial lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, or similar machinery).
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong sense of priorities.
  • Organized, rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, and able to manage priorities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (english-french).

Salary and benefits

Starting at $32.45/hour, depending of your experience
