Sales Representative (GTA region, Ontario)

Your role as a Sales Representative will be to develop and maintain the company’s clientele through active prospecting, managing an assigned territory, and closing sales. You will contribute directly to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions tailored to clients’ needs, and providing a professional and proactive customer experience.

Your contribution to the company’s success will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Develop Territory & Drive Sales

  • Actively prospect and expand the client base within the assigned territory, identify and close business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives.

Build Client Relationships & Loyalty

  • Provide proactive, personalized follow-ups, address client needs quickly, anticipate challenges, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Promote and Sell Complete Solutions

  • Present the full range of company products and services, highlight their added value, and demonstrate solid product knowledge to support informed customer decisions.

Ensure Accurate Administrative Follow-Up

  • Manage quotes, document interactions and opportunities in HubSpot, maintain up-to-date client files, and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Uphold Company Standards and Values

  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, professionalism, and collaboration; follow company policies and procedures; ensure accurate data in the ERP system; and contribute to a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Act as a Brand Ambassador

  • Represent Cisolift positively during client interactions and corporate events, and actively engage in professional development and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for in our future colleague:

  • B2B sales experience, ideally in the equipment, machinery, or construction field.
  • Bilingual (English and French) - Asset.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and territory development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate equipment - Asset.
  • Good presentation (professionalism, courtesy).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Organized, resourceful, autonomous and rigorous.
  • Results oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, open to change, committed and a good team spirit.

Salary and benefits

Salary offer starts at $70,000 base salary plus 1.5% commission.
